Wiring Systems

Good clean wiring systems form the basis for a sound, rugged
and reliable system. Even the best equipment made will perform poorly or not at all hooked up to bad wiring. The
following guidelines should be rigidly adhered to:
- All wiring splices should be soldered.
- All terminal blocks, where possible, should be installed in a dry location above
the cabin sole.
- All wiring should be oversized.
- All equipment should be grounded.
- All power supply and generating systems should be oversized for the tasks they
power.
- All wiring and equipment systems should be installed so they are easily accessed
and serviced.
